About Alison

Alison is an occasional court reporter with CCC Nuacht covering rape trials and Circuit Criminal Court trials, and with Tom Tuite covering District Courts in the Four Courts.

She works part-time cover as a news reporter for the Irish Daily Mail and The Irish Mail on Sunday news desks and produces feature articles on court cases for The Sunday Independent.

Previous Work

Previously, Alison O’Riordan worked as a freelance journalist with the Evening Herald, Irish Independent and The Irish Times. She has also been a journalist with the Sunday Independent and LIFE Magazine and a picture researcher for LIFE Magazine.

With a higher diploma in journalism and a MA in Public Relations, Alison is highly qualified and experienced in writing articles on a broad range of topics for a number of prominent publications.
